EBPI’s 2023 Reporting Guide provides instructions for how to report research- or evidence-based practices for children’s public mental health care (under 18 years of age) in Washington State.

In this guide, we outline the eligible training entities, encounter types, and documentation requirements for reporting an encounter as an EBP.

2021 WASHINGTON STATE REPORTING GUIDE WEBINAR FOR EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES IN CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH

This live webinar focused on the updated 2021 Reporting Guide for Research- and Evidence-based Practices in Children's Mental Health in Washington State. We discussed updates to the guide, what reporting looks like from a provider and supervisory perspective, reviewed a case example, and discussed some of the technical aspects of reporting via EHR and billing systems.

2021 Evidence-Based Practice Reporting Guide Animated Video

This animated video provides additional information on CoLab/EBPI's Evidence-based practice (EBP) Reporting Guide, which is published annually to inform providers on how to report their use of EBPs. This video covers the definition of an EBP, what the EBP components model is, the steps of reporting an EBP, and a case example to show what reporting looks like in practice.

Trainer Application

The Evidence Based Practice Institute reviews applications annually for inclusion in the Reporting Guide for Research and Evidence-based Practices in children’s mental health.
